I am a people person who retired from 31 years of teaching, mostly at the high school level. My most rewarding experiences in education were serving students in emotionally traumatic situations.
Given the opportunity, I will work faithfully to assist my clients in attaining the goals they have set for themselves. My personal goal for each client is to instill a belief in each that if they believe in themselves, anything is attainable!

I believe to be fit one needs to understand the balance between total fitness, nutrition and well being. I know that the successful path to a healthy lifestyle is the importance of combining both physical and nutritional conditioning into one's daily life.
My job as your Cetified Personal Trainer is to develope an individualized resistance training program which helps you burn calories, build muscle and increase strength. I will provide hands-on training sessions by teaching you how to properly perform the exercises specific to your fitness goals and keep you motivated along your journey.

Calling all dedicated individuals who are committed to making a change in their appearance along with their overall health. I am here to guide you through your extreme body transformation.
If your goal is to lose weight, I can show you how. If you want to gain muscle along with size, I am going to show you how. If you wish you played, I will design programs specifically targeted to your personal needs and body type. In each session, you will begin with a a five minute warm up. This will include stretching, or slow interval on a piece of cardio equipment, and then will progress into an intense forty-five-minute weight-training workout.
