A strength training class that will teach you the proper techniques to increase muscle tone, trimming inches and giving your metabolism a jump start.
Kickboxing (Gary) Mon - 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
A fun, yet challenging class that incorporates various martial art moves, boxing, kickboxing and endurance techniques. A great cardio workout.
ZUMBA (Gary) Wed - 9:30am - 10:30 am
Get ready to swing your hips, move your feet, clap your hands and laugh during this Latin and International music cardio class. Yes cardio can be and is fun!

PILATES (Jenny) Thu - 6pm - 7pm
Performed on the mat STOTT PILATES exercises help develop optimal strength, flexibilty, endurance and posture wthout bullking or stressing joints. This anatomically based approach to exercise is the perfect complement to your current workout routine.

This class teaches about awareness of one’s own balance and what affects it and proper breathing. This class can have a positive impact on both your mental and physical health.
