A strength training class that will teach you the proper techniques to increase muscle tone, trimming inches and giving your metabolism a jump start.
Yoga (Amy) Tue 6 - 7p
This user-friendly class combines various types of hatha yoga and contemporary fitness techniques for cardiovascular conditioning, increased overall flexibility and strength, reduced muscular tension and improved posture.
